Day three

Woke up in the middle of the night and put on moisturizer and spot treatment, its now midmorning and I'm only going to moisturizeand I'll wash my face with the exfoliater around noon

Night two

all day I made sure my skin stayed moisturized with my clean and clear moisturizing lotion. I came home after work and immediately washed and moisturized my face I am already beginning to see positive results from the treatment .

Day two

Last night I slept for approximately 6 to 7 hours and this morning I noticed a reduction in the size of my acne. my skin feels but it's also want dry, since I used my exfoliater  yesterday I will use my facial wash by clean and clear that contains 10% benzoyl peroxide,as well as the moisturizer and spot treatment by clean and clear.

This is a photo of my right cheek, I wash my face earlier tonight I use the cleaning clear products from the kit at Walgreens. I did not use any toner tonight only the biore scrub and moisurizer from clean and clear containing salysilic acid 0.5%

First post of my skin journal

I am both excited and hesitant to start this blog. Since I was in junior high school I have battled acne. I still remember my first break out I wasn't quite sure what it was, what I did know was that I didn't like it and it needed to be gone. Since then I have tried a number of over the counter Washes, scrubs and creams All advertised To treat my acne. I have found minimal success with a Few products still on the market today. Though most times the results were fleeting I would occasionally experience periods of clear skin. Now I am 22 years old And then facing some of the worst breakouts I have ever had, With advice and advertisements About acne Coming from all directions. It seems like the best thing to do is to start my own research, So that I can find out for myself The best way to treat my specific kind of acne.
