Its been two months on Proactiv

And my skin looks great, I'm washing with hot water and a cloth and only rinsing my face with cool water. The slight variation from rinsing with cold and hot water make a big difference in my breakouts, or in my present state lack of break outs.

A slight hiccup

The hot and cold water method is working fine, but last week I drank two energy shots, both with enough b12 to keep me up for two days. So of course it messed my skin up. So I'm recovering from that, and planning on getting proactiv its inky twenty bucks a Month so why not right?

Been awhile

My skin had gotten loads better, I've stopped using those crap products, including the aczone( which is way to expensive anyway) I'm down to the basics, using alcohol on my face then washing it with hot and child water and normal soap by dial.

Back to the plan

Well it's been about three weeks and my skin has gone up and down ever since I stopped using the cleaning clear products. I noticed that after day five and a six my skin was still feeling oily and I was still having breakouts. So now I am looking in to  more expensive  acne treatments that are actually dermatologist recommended. A friend at work who had battle with acne very recently told me about her dermatologist and product she's now using is called Ac zone. She gave me a few sample bottle of them that day cream and night cream and the day cream works extremely well the night cream I'm not so sure about. The only problem is the cost of ac zone for about a month supply worth it'll cost around $200. I am still staying positive and always looking for the best value with the best medication and that so hopefully Aczone and works for me .

Day four

Lady night I used my mint julep mask and washed mface with nth clean and clear kit. I saw a high difference this morning and used the exfoliater from biore and my clean and clear kit.

Night three

After working a very stressful shift and using my spot treatment during work when I felt my skin needed it I came home to wash my face right away with the clean and clear wash with ten% peroxide and I followed up with the moisturizer and spot treatment.
